Senior Marketing Manager

Our client is a B2B technology consultancy: an early stage, fast growing start-up that has recently secured strong funding. Headquartered in Singapore and led by its founders, they help organisations put AI and collaboration tools to work, in close partnership with two of the biggest names in enterprise software. They have recently been recognised by their key platform partner, and they are now building out marketing as a proper function and looking for a Senior Marketing Manager in Singapore.

The opportunity

Marketing here already gets results. Partner co-hosted events convert, founder-led content gets noticed and community meetups fill the room. Now they need a Senior Marketing Manager to bring structure to it: set the plan, prove what drives pipeline and run the day to day, so the founders can focus elsewhere. You will work closely with the co-founders, with real influence on direction from your first week.

What you will do

• Build and run the marketing plan, with clear targets that link back to pipeline
• Plan and deliver campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars and events
• Own the events calendar, including partner co-marketing and community events, and make sure each one pays back
• Turn client projects into case studies, customer stories and thought leadership
• Support the brand refresh, shaping how the business is positioned as an AI-native consultancy
• Work with sales and partner teams to generate and nurture leads, and keep reporting simple and trusted
• Use AI tools every day to move faster on research, content and reporting
• Manage freelancers and agencies where needed, and help shape the next marketing hires

What you will bring

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, consulting or professional services
• A hands-on, self-starting approach: you are happy to write, build and ship, as well as plan
• Experience with events, LinkedIn and case study led marketing that generated pipeline
• Strong writing, and the ability to make technical topics clear for business buyers
• Genuine curiosity about AI, and comfort using tools such as Claude and Canva in your daily work
• An understanding of how messaging changes across markets
• Based in Singapore, and happy to travel occasionally for key events

Nice to have

• Experience in or alongside the Salesforce or Slack ecosystem, or other major platform partner programmes
• Time in a start-up or scale-up consultancy where you helped build the marketing function
• Experience with CRM reporting and email platforms such as MailChimp
