Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle tasks relating to preparation of Marketing plans and Brand performance evaluation;
- Work closely with agencies and co-operate tightly with related departments of company;
- Conduct research & survey includes: Understand insight, usage habit of product, consumer taste preference, shopping habit, etc;
- Manage all present social media channels with the daily operational tasks such as Facebook, Youtube, etc in order to create brand awareness and to enhance brand reputation.
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to contribute and implement marketing plans, develop new strategies and new projects.
- Undertake related tasks for preparing marketing plans of new products development;
- Conduct survey and market research to consider market potential & consumer's needs.
- Assist with performing client assessment; coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure customer satisfaction level
- Coordinate with designers to prepare marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related majors
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in General Marketing;
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Hands-on experience with an event marketing organization & POSM production;
- Understanding about new product development;
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Marketing;
- Familiar with design tools as: PTS, AI, Canva, v.v.
- Experience in research engines, Facebook fan page operation and content creation.
