Responsibilities
- Paid Media:
- Developed media plans to achieve marketing and business goals across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Zalo.
- Set up and optimized digital ad campaigns.
- Provided weekly and monthly performance reports.
- SEO:
- Proposed keyword sets and monthly SEO content plans.
- Managed freelancers to ensure content quality and timely publication.
- Digital Platform Management:
- Oversaw digital platforms, including the website, CDP, WiFi, and company ad accounts.
- Managed updates for web banners & blog posts, app push notifications, newsletters, and WiFi setup.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinated with digital agencies to execute assigned digital marketing activities.
- Conducted seeding in parenting communities to enhance brand visibility.
- Handled paperwork related to digital marketing operations.
- Participated in brainstorming and proposing new marketing ideas.
- Contributed to content production for digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitored competitors and kept up with market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ year) at the same posistion.
- Must have experience in Professional Service (F&B, Retail) or Mom & Kids industry.
- Experience in analyzing performance metrics, consumer insights, and market trends to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Strong business mindset and Marketing skillset
- Strong logical thinking, data analytics skill
- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ads management tools and data analytic tools.
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have ownership, enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
