Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the company's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor social media engagement and community management
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics and ROI
- Optimize digital marketing efforts based on data insights and performance analytics
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various digital platforms
- Write and edit articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and social media content
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
- Create compelling copy for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
Technical Content Development
- Collaborate with technical experts to create in-depth technical articles and thought leadership content
- Develop case studies, technical guides, and industry insights
- Create content that positions Vietnam Silicon as a technical thought leader
Employer Branding Content Development
- Partner with HR team to develop compelling content for employer branding initiatives
- Design and manage recruitment-focused social media campaigns
- Create employee testimonials, company culture content, and recruitment materials
Website & SEO Management
- Manage website content updates and maintenance
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize content for search engines
- Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and conversion metrics
- Recommend and implement improvements for better user experience
- Collaborate with web development team for technical updates
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Create marketing materials and assets for various channels
- Track campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports
- Collaborate with design team for visual assets and brand consistency
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable results
- Proven track record in content creation, management, and performance optimization
- Experience working with technical teams and translating complex technical concepts into accessible content
- Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing preferred
- Experience in tech industry or B2B marketing strongly preferred
