Position: Senior Marketing Executive Pickleball
Work Location: Cobi Home Long Hau Long Hau Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Tay Ninh
(Daily company shuttle bus provided from District 7, Ho Chi Minh City to Tay Ninh Province)
Working Time: Full-time | Monday Friday | 8:00 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Pickleball-related projects (courts, events, community, partnerships).
- Build and strengthen the Pickleball brand identity aligned with COBI Group's long-term vision.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize strategy and positioning.
2. Campaign & Event Management
- Lead end-to-end event execution: idea development, planning, coordination, on-site setup, and post-event evaluation.
- Organize tournaments, community activities, social events, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, sponsors, KOLs/KOCs).
3. Content & Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage content across social media, digital platforms, and on-ground activations.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using data and insights.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to continuously improve marketing ROI.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing (Senior level preferred).
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Proven experience in event marketing, community building, or sports/lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently from concept to execution.
- Good communication skills; English proficiency is a must.
- Passion for sports, community activities, or Pickleball is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable (from 15,000,000 VND+, based on experience)
