Senior Manager, Social Media

Managers are communication strategists & client champions. You'll lead the charge in crafting and implementing winning social media content strategies. By developing innovative and impactful social media campaigns and content, you'll ensure our clients achieve their objectives, and their stories resonate with their audiences.

Your role includes but is not limited to the following:

• Develop, edit and optimise social media content, as well as briefing creatives effectively.
• Ideate engaging and timely content tailored to each social media platform.
• Monitor relevant online conversations and promptly respond with informative and brand-aligned messages.
• Measure and analyse social media campaigns and provide insightful recommendations to maximise client success.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies to offer clients and colleagues fresh perspectives and valuable insights.
• Have an understanding of paid media, its role in amplifying your projects and how to work with media buying teams
• Develop and foster strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure all team outputs meet client requirements, deadlines and Tate Anzur's high standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with new and existing clients.

Only applicants based in Singapore, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant communications experience will be considered. Ideally with agency experience. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
