Job Purpose:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions and digital platforms to enhance employee experience across the organization. This role ensures seamless integration of HR systems, drives digital transformation initiatives and delivers data-driven insights to support management's decision making to improve PVA workforce effectiveness. This role is pivotal in shaping a modern, engaging, and efficient employee life journey.

Job Responsibility:

Global MobilityHR Technology:

  • Develop and implement the HR technology roadmap aligned with business and HR strategy
  • Oversee and maintains optimal functionality of internal HR systems (Workday, HR Portal, FPT)
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory, group, and local requirements
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements recommend and implement technology solutions.

Digital Employee Experience:

  • Leverage technology to design and deliver digital solutions that enhance employee touchpoints throughout employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Champion user-centric design and continuous improvement of HR digital interfaces
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and user adoption
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users on digital platforms and tools.

HR Data Analytics & Insights:

Develop, deploy, and optimize self-service dashboards and automated tools for HR and business leaders,

  • covering key workforce metrics (people KPIs, headcount, hiring, attrition, diversity, talent and succession, and workforce engagement)
  • Drive predictive analytics related to people data to generate insights for HR leadership and cross-functional leaders, informing decisions on people initiatives.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and develop team members, ensuring alignment with performance goals and IDPs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, annual review as well as career development discussions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in HR
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills with experience in data modeling and reporting
  • Experience in leading HR tech implementations in mid-to-large organizations
  • Solid understanding of employee experience design and emerging digital HR trends
  • Project management, change management expertise
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team member.
