Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Core Procurement Execution
- Receive procurement requests from internal stakeholders and execute sourcing activities independently
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Campaign, Operations, etc.) to clarify requirements and ensure timely sourcing and delivery
- Collect, review, and compare quotations, proposals, and commercial terms from suppliers
- Handle basic price and commercial negotiations within defined guidelines
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO) and contract documentation in compliance with company standards
- Monitor order progress, follow up with suppliers, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
2/ Ownership and Operational Support
- Identify and source new suppliers, and support vendor onboarding processes
- Handle multiple procurement requests simultaneously and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced environment
- Identify sourcing issues, delays, or constraints and escalate when necessary
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement data and documentation
- Prepare operational reports (daily/weekly) on procurement activities and order status
- Support cross-functional procurement activities and be open to exposure across different procurement areas (e.g. projects, logistics, operations)
- Support other procurement-related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or related roles
- Exposure to FMCG, retail, F&B, or marketing-related procurement is an advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for operational decision-making
- Basic negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- English: Good working proficiency (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and procurement documentation
- Proactive and fast learner
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Willing to travel for site visits and vendor coordination when required
