Senior M&E Engineer/ M&E Manager (A1 Maincon/ Attractive package)

Our client, A1 Maincon, is a main contractor with a growing team, and they are hiring Senior M&E Engineer/ M&E Manager to join them.

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and control M&E works to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and coordinate shop drawings.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings and report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support M&E changes and approvals in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in any M&E or Building Services.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
• Independent with good communication skills
