Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders across operations, product, sales, marketing teams to implement new solutions, improve service quality, and optimize costs.
  • Monitor project performance, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify risks, capacity constraints, and operational challenges, and propose mitigation plans..
  • Support system integration projects with product and vendor teams.
  • Handover implemented projects to the 3PL Operations Team for ongoing execution if needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in ecommerce and/or logistics is a plus.
  • Strong in communication and stakeholder engagement/ management.
  • Proven ability in project execution and effective time management.
  • Critical, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive individual with a strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.

Nice to have:

  • Master Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • PMP Certification
