Role Description
1. Legal Advisory & Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate various type of contracts (both English and Vietnamese)
- Maintain and update contract templates to ensure legal compliance and operational alignment
- Provide legal advice on corporate, employment, litigation, tax, IP, real estate, and environmental law
- Support business units (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) with legal risk assessment and management
2. Legal Research & Policy
- Conduct legal research and provide regular updates on regulatory changes
- Draft and review internal policies, employee handbooks, and procedural documents
- Support internal training on legal and compliance topics (if needed)
3. Compliance Support
- Assist in compliance audits and risk assessments
- Maintain central records of legal and compliance documents
- Support compliance reporting and follow-up on corrective actions
4. Others
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Group Legal & Compliance Manager
Qualifications
1./ Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Law
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal/compliance experience
- Proven ability in contract drafting and negotiation (English & Vietnamese)
