Job Summary
Provide hands-on legal support and advisory services for corporate matters. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, draft and review contracts, assist with regulatory filings, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal research and compliance monitoring: Conduct research, analyze, and keep updated on legal regulations related to e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, tax, HR, advertising, and intellectual property. Advise the company on compliance requirements.
- Licensing, corporate services, and tax management: Handle applications, renewals, and changes for business licenses and intellectual property. Assist with general corporate administrative tasks and support tax procedures.
- Contract drafting, review, and management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage all types of contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect the companys interests.
- Dispute resolution and complaint handling: Manage legal procedures and submit complaints regarding disputes (e.g., deposit recovery). Work with external counsel and authorities for legal action and alternative dispute resolution.
- Interaction with government authorities: Serve as the primary contact for the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding e-commerce activities, and the Ministry of Public Security regarding personal data management. Liaise with other relevant agencies as needed.
- Recordkeeping and policy development: Maintain accurate and organized legal records and contracts. Participate in developing and reviewing internal policies, ensure documentation is audit-ready, and support legal training for other departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Law.
- At least 3 years of legal inhouse and 02 years of Law firm experience, preferably in e-commerce or pharmaceutical fields.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- High level of professional ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Public Security.
- Familiarity with licensing, corporate governance, and tax-related legal matters.
- Prior exposure to legal support in advertising, HR law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management software.
- Ability to handle cross-functional legal projects and training initiatives.
