  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with short-term and long-term hiring objectives (35 years).
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure recruitment efforts support overall business goals.
  • Build and manage a proactive talent pipeline to address both current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image in the job market.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Oversee the recruitment process across a variety of roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with HR to facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees.
  • Engage in initiatives that promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support the CEO and direct supervisor with additional assignments as needed.
  • Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies and performance.
  • Continuously improve recruitment platforms, workflows, costs, timelines, and branding efforts.

  • Familiar with digital branding, including content creation and visual branding

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years specializing in IT
  • Background working in a foreign-invested enterprise (FDI), with proven contributions to company growth
