Job Description:
- Develop and implement collaboration campaigns with suitable KOLs/Influencers in the education sector.
- Source, approach, negotiate, and finalize contracts with KOLs/KOCs.
- Manage and approve content and visuals provided by KOLs to ensure they meet campaign requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, compile, and deliver timely reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with the KOL/KOC network.
- Work closely with internal departments and contribute ideas for strategic development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in KOL marketing from the brand side, preferably in education or related sectors.
- Deep knowledge of the Vietnam KOL ecosystem and a strong network of KOL resources.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Data-driven analytical mindset with great attention to detail and performance outcomes.
- Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
