Senior Interior Designer

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :

Job overview and responsibility

- Perform interior design/technical drawings/architecture design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation;

- Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting;

- 3D Rendering.

- Perform author supervision as clients requirements;

- Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction;

- Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

Required skills and experiences

- Have Bachelor&aposs Degree or a College Diploma in Interior design/ Architecture or related field;

- At least 5 years of experience and 2 years of experience as a senior.

- CAD / 3DMAX/ 3D Modelling;

- Creativity and understanding of color, type, imagery, and composition;

- Hungry for learning, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment;

- Have excellent interpersonal and organizing skills, a great attitude towards work and coworkers, and a sense of responsibility at work.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Good communication skills with the client and team.
