Role Description
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions (back office and front desk) within the shopping mall.
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to interview and select candidates.
- Directly negotiate with candidates, perform onboarding activities and follow-up during probationary period.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- Deploy the employer branding activities; Manage the career page.
2. Employee Engagement
- Coodinate with team in the execution of employee engagement activities.
- Collect feedback and contribute ideas to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 35 years of experience in recruitment and/or training coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and intepersonal skills.
- Fluent communication in English (verbal and written).
