Job Description

Senior HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support a range of HR operations, workforce planning and reporting activities. The role will work with HR and business stakeholders on employee-related information, planning and process improvements, while providing accurate analysis to support business requirements.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with numbers and multiple datasets, with strong Excel skills and a well-organised approach to managing detailed information.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and review of HR budgets, including analysis of employee-related costs and their impact on the business.
  • Review workforce information and provide analysis to support planning and management requirements.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to review employee cost movements and related information.
  • Support payroll activities and ensure relevant statutory and employment requirements are properly followed.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, working with multiple datasets to ensure information is accurate and reliable.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and controls.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on HR information, reporting and other operational requirements.
  • Power BI experience would be an advantage.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR or a related function.
  • Strong Excel capability, with practical experience handling and analysing sizeable datasets.
  • Experience working with HR budgets, employee costs or workforce-related financial information.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, manpower analysis or HR reporting.
  • Hands-on payroll experience, with a sound understanding of applicable employment and statutory requirements.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Well organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
