The company is building a global technology platform that enables complex distribution and transaction ecosystems through a suite of integrated solutions. These include connectivity APIs, marketplace operations, and payment processing, with future expansion into next-generation capabilities such as blockchain-powered loyalty and rewards systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as a highly hands-on HR Generalist, directly executing day-to-day HR operations across all functions
- Take ownership of people management processes, including performance management, employee engagement, and employee development (no team management required)
- Manage the full employee lifecycle end-to-end, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent employee experience
- Build and execute HR processes hands-on, from scratch or by optimizing existing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Handle HR administration and compliance in line with Vietnam Labor Code and statutory requirements
- Own and work with HR data and reports, supporting performance tracking and operational decision-making
- Gradually take over recruitment activities after the initial hiring phase supported by Inspius
- Act as a bridge between Vietnam operations and global stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- At least 2 years in a high-growth B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Tech Startup environment in Vietnam
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist (A–Z), including:
- Building HR functions from scratch or scaling organizations
- Strong expertise in Vietnam Labor Code and local regulations, including:
- Labor contracts
- Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Statutory insurance (SI/HI/UI)
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding → performance → offboarding)
- Strong operational mindset and comfort working with data/numbers
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms
- Native-level Vietnamese and professional-level English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international HR coordination (APAC/EMEA, remote teams)
- Familiarity with tech recruitment in Vietnam, including basic understanding of engineering stacks (e.g., Vue.js, Laravel, Blockchain)
- Professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Strategic thinking capability (as a plus)
