We are seeking talented and motivated Java Developers to join our Vietnam Offshore Development Center (ODC).
You will collaborate closely with our Korea Headquarters to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern development tools and practices.
This role offers the opportunity to leverage AI-assisted coding (GitHub Copilot), Agile project management tools (Jira), and other cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Korea Project Manager and local Team Leader to manage projects, control issues, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Develop, test, and fix bugs based on design documents from Korea HQ.
Comply with company coding standards and best practices.
Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot) development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with at least one modern front-end framework: React.js or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience in REST API design and integration.
Experience working with RDBMS such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
Ability to communicate effectively in English or Korean for basic work-related interactions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in designing and implementing IT Systems
Expeience in using AI-assisted coding (GitHub Copilot).
Experience with LLM (Large Language Models) and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus.
