HR Planning & Organization
- Issue and Register Company regulations with Labor Dept;
- Support HRM to collect data for HR Report Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly;
- Update Yearly Salary Benchmarking and support HRM to build-up Structure of Salary & Allowances
- Support HRM to collaborate with internal stakeholders to build KPI/OKR & Career Development.
- Prepare written HR Decisions and Announcements (C&B, termination, non-renewal)
Contract
- Prepare Contracts/Annexes based on the approved templates and agreements with employees/ freelancers/ interns/ etc;
- Prepare PAF-2 to calculate new salary and allowance.
- Calculate LUC monthly and update it on Odoo;
C&B Management
Attendance Control:
Timesheet: Cross-check attendance data exported from FP devices and from Odoo to prepare a monthly summary;
Overtime: submit BOD for approval and convert OT hours into Paid Leaves. Control max.OT per month/year;
Leaves: Allocate, monthly control, and encashment for their unused leaves upon termination;
Payrolls:
- Prepare monthly salary sheets;
- Send Payslips to employees and answer questions;
- Remuneration of freelancers: prepare Service Acceptance Forms for signing
- Go to the bank to process the salary/fee payment.
Bonus, Award & Allowances:
- OKR/KPI: Sum-up, calculate and pay quarterly KPI Bonus;
- Award of Long Service and other Awards: calculate and payment;
- Bonus of Mission, Welcome, Spot, Dedication, : calculate and payment
- Bonus of Incentive (Buddy, Entry test, Attractive): calculate and payment
- Allowance of Flexi, Travel bank: calculate and payment.
- Prepare written HR Decisions on bonuses, and awards.
- Conduct annual and semi-annual employee evaluations
- Sum up data of evaluation, ask for BoDs approval;
- Support HRM to prepare documents for unscheduled salary review, unsual increase.
Compulsory Insurance:
- Collect employees info for Ins. registration
- Submit monthly changes (salary, on/off,)
- Submit and track income compensation results for sickness, maternity
- Reconcile C12 Insurance data and prepare payment sheet
- Handover SI book and answer about SI.
Private Insurance:
- PVI: monthly update list (on/off) and reconcile balances with PVI. Collect documents of employees. Prepare decisions on list of relatives;
- Manulife: yearly update/register and payment;
- Guide employees to claim the Private Insurance.
- Health Check for employees:
- Arrange annual health check for employees.
- Compilation of employee&aposs health information and submit reports (if required by Law)
PIT Obligation
- Register & update Employees PIT code;
- Submit monthly PIT report and payment;
- Submit yearly PIT finalization and do PIT return;
- Support expats to do their PIT return;
- Issue Certificate of PIT withholding & Income;
- Instruct employee to prepare documents and register Dependants PIT Code.
Company Union
- Monthly reconciliation with Union Board;
- Prepare payment sheet for union fee;
Event & Activities
- Support other indoor activities (Speak Out, Year-end Party, X-mas, innovation contest, other events);
- Support outdoor activities (sports, team building,..).
- Employee wellbeing: for wedding, funeral, giving a birth, school fee, accommodation, etc.
Others
- Scan and save HR documents in the folder/server;
- Archive hard copies in the filing cabinet.

Requirement:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (experience in Recruitment is a plus; experience in construction or IT industry is an advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, HR policies, payroll, PIT, insurance, and employee benefits management.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) to work effectively with expats and diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for HR decision-making.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues and external partners.
- Culturally sensitive, able to work with people from various backgrounds.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
