Senior HR Admin Executive (Start -up Company) | upto 32 mil gross

Working Time: Monday - Friday

Location: Vo Nguyen Giap, District 2, HCM

It is a multinational technology company (headquartered in the United States), a pioneer in the field of collecting and providing real-world data (Video/Audio) to train the most advanced AI models currently available.

We are proud to be a strategic partner providing datasets to global technology giants such as Google and NVIDIA.

In Vietnam, we are implementing a project to install recording equipment in stores (Merchants) to collect real-world behavioral data to optimize AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Generalist (Core)

  • Manage full-cycle HR operations: recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, labor contracts, and internal policies
  • Coordinate payroll, social insurance, PIT, and employee benefits with external vendors
  • Support employee engagement, internal communication, and performance processes
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and management

2. Administration & Office Setup

  • Lead office setup from scratch (workspace, vendors, facilities, assets, etc.)
  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, contracts, and service providers
  • Ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized working environment
  • Support company events, travel arrangements, and internal activities

3. Business & Operational Support

  • Work closely with CEO and Global Finance Manager on headcount planning and cost control
  • Build and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs from ground zero
  • Coordinate with regional/global teams on HR & admin matters
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

  • From 4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR & Admin role
  • Age range: 9x preferred
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and HR practices
  • High ownership mindset: proactive, self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in a startup environment
  • Experience in startup or fast-scaling companies is a strong advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
