The Role

At LSG Vietnam, this role goes beyond traditional recruitment. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will take ownership of hiring across functions and levels, while acting as a key partner to business leaders in shaping team growth.

What You'll Do

Recruitment Ownership

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive effective hiring strategies
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Experience

  • Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Manage and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the process

Data & Process Optimization

  • Track recruitment metrics and pipeline performance
  • Use data insights to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making
  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and practices

Business Partnering

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support business growth
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development when needed

Others

  • Update and maintain job descriptions and role requirements
  • Support company activities and HR initiatives as required 

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle, in-house recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
  • Experience with Workday or other ATS systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Preferred:

  • Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or sourcing industry
  • Experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels
  • Ability to leverage data to support hiring decisions
