The Role
At LSG Vietnam, this role goes beyond traditional recruitment. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will take ownership of hiring across functions and levels, while acting as a key partner to business leaders in shaping team growth.
What You'll Do
Recruitment Ownership
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive effective hiring strategies
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Experience
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels
- Manage and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the process
Data & Process Optimization
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline performance
- Use data insights to improve hiring effectiveness and decision-making
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and practices
Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support business growth
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development when needed
Others
- Update and maintain job descriptions and role requirements
- Support company activities and HR initiatives as required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle, in-house recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
- Experience with Workday or other ATS systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
Preferred:
- Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or sourcing industry
- Experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels
- Ability to leverage data to support hiring decisions
