KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Sales Force Safety
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures for the sales team, including travel, customer visits, and in-field activities.
- Conduct regular safety training and briefings for all sales personnel.
- Investigate and report any incidents or near-misses involving the sales force.
Office Safety
- Ensure the office environment complies with all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of office facilities.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and first aid training for office staff.
Draught Technician Safety
- Oversee safety protocols for draught technicians, including equipment handling, maintenance, and site visits.
- Ensure all draught machines are maintained to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical safety training and support to draught technicians.
Event Safety Management
- Develop and enforce safety standards for all third-party events, regardless of scale.
- Review and approve safety plans submitted by event organizers and third-party vendors.
- Conduct on-site safety inspections during event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions for any event-related safety issues.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and audits.
- Prepare regular safety performance reports and present findings to management.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve safety culture and practices across all commercial functions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional safety committees or projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in medical treatment injuries (MTI), and total recordable injuries (TRI).
- Compliance rate with safety audits and inspections.
- Number of safety training sessions conducted.
- Incident response and closure rate.
- Safety performance at third-party events.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experiences:
- Position Experiences: At least 4 years of experience in a safety-related role, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or event management industries.
- Language: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)
- Computer: Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Strong ownership
- Strong decision-making ability & problem solving skills
- Proficient in stakeholder management
- Other requirements: Mobility for frequent market visit purpose during & out of working hours
