What you'll do

●     Create brand and marketing visuals: logos, brand elements, social posts, banners, ads, one‑pagers, pitch decks.

●     Design print materials: brochures, posters, event backdrops, standees, packaging mockups, basic reports.

●     Maintain brand consistency across channels and projects.

●     Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Must Have:

●     2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on editorial and publication design

●     A portfolio that shows clean visual design, branding, and print or layout work.

●     Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

●     Solid fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

●     Organized and detailed‑oriented; able to handle multiple small tasks and deadlines.

Good English communication skills

Nice‑to‑have:

●     Familiarity with print production requirements: CMYK vs. RGB, bleeds/margins, resolution, dielines, spot colors/Pantone, overprint, paper stock & finishes.

●     Experience coordinating with local printers/vendors: getting quotes, checking proofs, press checks, and delivery timelines.

●     Event branding/signage experience.

●     Basic Figma for collaborating on web/product assets.

●     Simple motion/video editing.

●     Comfort with biotech/science content.

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their portfolio and walk through 1–2 editorial or brand design projects, discussing their design thinking, process, and outcomes.
