The Role
We're seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Design to join our team and help shape the future of our AI Agent Platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enable businesses to effectively leverage our AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for our AI agent platform, including dashboards, chat interfaces, and control panels
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively illustrate user journeys
- Develop cohesive visual designs and UX patterns that clearly visualize AI processes and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to align designs with technical capabilities
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions
- Implement A/B testing to optimize user experience and drive user growth and retention
- Create style guides and design specifications to support frontend development
- Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends in the AI industry, incorporating best practices for human-AI interaction
- Lead and grow a design intern team
Compensation & Benefits
- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law
- Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October)

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design Lead on B2B platform, particularly with a focus on data-driven UX
- Passion for user-oriented product design work
- Understand the UI / UX, know how to actively research and update new UI / UX trends in the mobile app field, and understand the principles and elements of design
- Proficient use of applications: PTS, AI, Sketch, Figma in creating graphics optimized for app
- Possesses a strong startup spirit, strong problem-solving mindset
