Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst at DIAS Partners Vietnam in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing finance skills to support SMEs in raising capital and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations.
• Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
• Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
• Contribute to FP&A reporting to multiple client companies on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance OR equivalent experience with demonstrable knowledge base & track record of relevant employment and/or responsibility at previous employer(s). Corporate finance specialists are encouraged to apply, experience relevant to fundraising or M&A is not a must-have.
• Minimum 3 years&apos financial analysis and modeling experience.
• Financial Planning and Financial Analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance principles.
• Financial Reporting expertise.
• Analytical Skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• CFA / CPA / CAIA students or charter holders preferred.
• Candidate can communicate in English & Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrable track record of proficient & successful employment with well-established previous employers.
