REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor, preferably masters degree in finance, Investment, Economics.
4+ years of experience in corporate finance, securities research, equity research, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy. Familiarity with real estate and capital market.
Excellent English writing and speaking communication skills.
Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Highly self-motivated and willing to work long hours.
