About The Job
Drive hands-on daily finance operations while playing a key role in system enhancements and workflow automation.
- Execute end-to-end payment processing, vendor disbursements, multi-currency bank reconciliations, and manual collection matching.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline manual workflows, and support finance automation initiatives.
- Oversee aged receivables, manage collection schedules, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly settlement statements and ensure timely, accurate data transfer to central finance.

Skills And Experience Required
- At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, AP/AR, or credit control within high-volume environments.
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and formula creation).
- Proven track record or keen interest in finance transformation, system enhancements, and automation.
- Prior background in General Insurance or Financial Services is an advantage.
