The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire high-quality talent, with a strong focus on Back Office and professional roles. This role plays an important part in building strong talent pipelines, delivering a positive candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's talent attraction capability.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure quality hires.
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional communities, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Support
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
Create engaging recruitment content for platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships.
4. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and standards.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and hiring progress.
5. Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure hiring needs are met effectively.
Provide market insights and talent availability feedback.
Proactively suggest improvements to recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably recruiting Back Office or professional roles.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn and professional networks.
Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
