JobSummary

The Senior Talent Acquisitionis responsible forend-to-end recruitment delivery (80%) and Employer Branding execution (20%), ensuring CREASIA attracts, hires, andretainsthe right talent at the right time in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

KeyResponsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition (80%) Core Focus

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, business units, and projects
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and timelines
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, talent pools, and direct search
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide hiring recommendations
  • Manage recruitment pipeline, offer process, onboarding coordination, and probation follow-up
  • Ensure hiring quality, speed, and compliance with internal recruitment standards
  • Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, hiring quality, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate

B. Employer Branding (20%)

  • Support the development and execution of Employer Branding initiatives
  • Create and manage recruitment content for LinkedIn,fanpages, career pages, and internal channels
  • Promote CREASIA's culture, values, and employee experience to the talent market
  • Support recruitment campaigns for high-volume or strategic hiring periods
  • Ensure consistent and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints

KeyRequirements

  • Experience & Background
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and stakeholder management
  • Experience in Agency, FMCG, Project-based, Field Force, or fast-growing companies is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume recruitment
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve recruitment performance
  • High ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communicationskills in Vietnamese; English is a plus
  • Highly proactive, growth-driven, creative, and persistent.
