Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies for senior and critical roles across multiple departments.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent availability analysis to support workforce planning.
  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and department heads, aligning on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and timelines.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, market conditions, and interview best practices.
  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer stage, ensuring quality hires and timely delivery.
  • Review and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and ensure high-quality candidate assessment.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment systems, hiring applications, and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Identify gaps in recruitment processes and implement improvements to enhance placement efficiency and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and contribute strategic content ideas across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Support and guide junior TA members in job postings and sourcing activities.
  • Maintain oversight of candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and sourcing effectiveness to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

Skills & Experience that WOW US

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 35 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles or functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment tools/ATS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage hiring priorities effectively.
