Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO with strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Partnership Development to support the BOD. This role is highly strategic acting as a trusted advisor, assisting in business growth, building strategic partnerships, and driving key marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, businesssavvy, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, highgrowth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the BOD in developing, executing, and monitoring Business, Marketing, and Partnership strategies.

Proactively connect, maintain, and expand relationships with strategic partners, key clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Research and evaluate partnership opportunities; provide recommendations to optimize revenue growth, distribution channels, and brand visibility.

Prepare, participate in negotiations, and support the Board during partnership agreements and contract signings.

Collect and analyze business, marketing, and partnership data; prepare periodic reports and strategic insights for executive decisionmaking.

Organize and prepare materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings/events.

Receive, classify, and handle information from different departments to ensure accurate and timely communication to the Board.

Provide EnglishVietnamese translation/interpretation when required.

Participate in key projects and perform other tasks assigned directly by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

Solid knowledge and experience in business development, strategic partnership management, marketing, and basic finance.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to maintain longterm partnerships.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and market insight.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) IELTS 7.5+ is a strong advantage.

Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a confident demeanor.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fastpaced startup environment.
