Job Description

I. Role overview

Be the engine room of Tiki's digital growth. Your primary mission is to manage and relentlessly optimize high-scale performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other key networks. You will play a pivotal role in driving App Growth—from acquisition (installs) to first-purchase conversion—ensuring every VND of our multi-billion budget delivers maximum impact.

II. Responsibilities

Performance Campaign Management:

  • Direct ownership of end-to-end setup, monitoring, and optimization for Google Ads (UAC, Search, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Advantage+ App Campaigns, Catalog Ads).
  • Drive high-volume App Install campaigns with a focus on post-install quality, ensuring users move from download to active buyer.
  • Manage daily bidding strategies and budget pacing to hit aggressive KPI targets (CPI, CAC, ROAS).

Deep-dive Optimization:

  • Design and execute structured tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify high-performing growth levers.
  • Partner with the BI (data) team & Tech team to analyze the full user journey, identifying friction points and optimizing the path to conversion.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to provide data-backed insights, ensuring ad assets are tailored for high engagement and conversion.

Technical & Data Excellence:

  • Ensure seamless tracking through Inhouse tracking, MMP and GTM to maintain 100% data integrity for App and Web events.
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes (Google/Meta updates) and industry trends to maintain Tiki's competitive edge.

III. Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Agency or In-house). Experience in E-commerce or App-first businesses is a major plus.
  • Advanced proficiency command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proven experience in scaling App Install campaigns and working with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) like Appsflyer or Adjust.
  • Strong data-sense—ability to crunch numbers in Excel/SQL and turn them into actionable optimization tactics.
  • A get-it-done attitude with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure during Mega Sale days
