SENIOR / ENGINEER, PROJECT (QAQC)

• Location: Woodland
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Willing to commit to extended hours and shift work during peak periods

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan Perform daily on-site quality inspections for Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works in semiconductor fabrication plant construction projects
• Ensure site construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and client requirements
• Monitor site activities and conduct inspections in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements
• Identify construction defects and non-conformance issues, issue NCRs where required and follow up on rectification works
• Coordinate and conduct joint site inspections with clients, consultants, project teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct material inspections, witness testing activities and verify workmanship quality on-site
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, quality records and relevant QAQC documentation
• Conduct follow-up inspections, verify corrective actions and ensure timely closure of outstanding quality issues
• Support site quality audits, punch list clearance, final inspections and project handover
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building or a related discipline
• Relevant QAQC experience in semiconductor fabrication plant construction projects
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QAQC experience in semiconductor fabrication plant construction
• projects for Engineer positions, and 5 years for Senior Engineer positions, with hands-on CSA site inspection experience.
• Hands-on experience in conducting CSA site inspections and managing construction quality issues
• Familiar with CSA construction activities, cleanroom construction requirements and semiconductor project quality standards
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, ITP, Method Statements, NCR procedures and quality documentation
• Experience coordinating site inspections with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Able to work independently and perform regular site inspections in a fast-paced semiconductor construction environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
• Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher-level position, with salary adjusted accordingly
