We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Specialist to join our dynamic growth team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of success in driving growth through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
What you'll be responsible for
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Zalo Ads.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Ads, especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Understanding of the connection between digital channels (e.g., SEO, email marketing, content marketing) to ensure integrated and optimized performance.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Understanding of App Marketing and ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Desired Skills
- Be able to use Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel to debug and track website events.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Familiarity with AI-driven optimization tools and Automation.
- Knowledge of deeplink and onelink is an advantage.
- Experience in tech startups, marketplaces, or retail industries is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, especially for documentation.
- Comfortable working with data dashboards, cohort analysis, and attribution models.
