The Senior Executive Digital Marketing will be responsible for implementing the digital marketing initiatives with the aim to meet the EC sales objectives
1. Digital marketing and sales activation
- Maintain OMRON's digital brand presence across various digital platforms, to improve digital brand visibility, brand presence and customer experience including websites, e-commerce pages, social media.
- Create necessary digital content with the aim to support EC Sales to drive sales & desired growth
- Execute digital promotion campaigns and report on preset KPIs
- Execute affiliate marketing efforts coordinated with affiliate sales including engagement of affiliate communities, enhancing brand equity among affiliates, and key activations
2. Digital brand communications
- Maintain digital marketing communications of the organization, including content development and localisation, CRM, SEO and maintenance of OMRON website, OMRON connect and social media platforms, media and public relations, with support from external agencies.
- Manage OMRON's digital brand presence is maintained within the brand guidelines
- Execute direct-to-customer digital marketing efforts such as EDM campaigns to drive brand loyalty and advocacy among OMRON fans with the support from regional CRM lead
Budget execution
- Ensure each activity is executed within assigned budget
Job Requirements
- Degree in related field
- Possess knowledge in Affiliate & Influencer Ecosystems, E commerce & Live Commerce business models, Content & Creative Collaboration.
- Minimum 4 years in experience in operating Affiliate/Influencer Program, familiar in commission structures tied to margin and CAC targets;
- Prior experience in negotiating contracts, leads live commerce calendar; partners cross-functionally.
