About the Role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive marketing success We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, digital marketing, and consumer experience.
In this role, you'll analyze campaign and CRM data, build performance dashboards, and deliver strategic recommendations across paid, owned, and earned media. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital engagement and media performance.
What You'll Do
- Analyze first-party data from CRM/PRM systems (Zalo, Adobe platforms) to uncover trends and behaviors.
- Optimize CRM segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Map and interpret the consumer journey across digital touchpoints.
- Deliver campaign performance reviews and consumer experience insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations across paid, owned, and earned platforms.
- Use GA4 and tag management tools to extract campaign learnings.
- Build intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs.
- Write Python scripts to clean, transform, and automate data pipelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest in digital analytics and CRM technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in Python, GA4, and CRM platforms (especially Zalo and Adobe Campaign).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
