Role Description
Responsible for developing and managing B2B clients in the licensed Background Music (BGM) segment for restaurant chains, cafs, supermarkets, retail chains, and multi-location business models. Play a key role in expanding chain accounts, managing important clients, and ensuring effectiveness from contract signing to renewal.
TASKS:
A. Business Development
- Identify and approach B2B clients (F&B, Retail, Malls, multi-location chains).
- Consult and propose suitable background music solutions aligned with brand positioning.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts directly.
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Propose renewal plans, service expansion, or upgrades.
B. Account Management
- Manage medium to large chain accounts.
- Maintain working relationships with client stakeholders (Operation, Finance, Legal).
- Monitor contract status and service scope.
- Coordinate resolution of commercial and operational issues.
C. Contract & Payment Management
- Support drafting and tracking of contracts and addendums.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Monitor commercial terms to minimize risks.
D. Service Implementation Coordination
- Coordinate with technical team for deployment of music devices/applications.
- Monitor installation progress for new stores.
- Support playlist direction by industry segment.
- Ensure stable service performance as committed.
E. Key KPIs
- Revenue target achievement
- Number of new clients acquired
- Contract renewal rate
- Expansion revenue from existing accounts
- On-time payment rate
REQUIRED SKILLS:
35 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
Experience working with corporate or multi-location chain clients.
Strong negotiation and account management skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems effectively.
Proactive and results-driven under KPI pressure.
