Identify andacquire new clients/customers hiring Tech Talents (such as Software Engineers, QA/QC, Business/Data Analysts, Product Owner, DevOps Engineer, and IT Management-level professionals.
Focus onIT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services, mainly targeting the Vietnam market (90%) and the APAC regions.
Proactively conduct meetings, messaging, or conduct sales calls with potential clients/customers.
Maintain positive professional relationships with both new and existing clients and customers.
Negotiate and prepare sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines using company-approved templates.
Monitor contract progress for any successful IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing deals, and provide the best advice or solution in some urgent/unexpected cases.
Assist with other tasks as required to support the overall recruitment and business development goals.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales /Account Manager / Executive.
Must have experience in the IT Staffing / IT Outsourcing services.
English communication skills: intermediate level required.
Strong knowledge of business development and sales growth techniques.
Knowing the IT industry.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Good negotiation, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary (depending on the skills and experience) + Quarterly commissions
