Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify andacquire new clients/customers hiring Tech Talents (such as Software Engineers, QA/QC, Business/Data Analysts, Product Owner, DevOps Engineer, and IT Management-level professionals.
  • Focus onIT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services, mainly targeting the Vietnam market (90%) and the APAC regions.
  • Proactively conduct meetings, messaging, or conduct sales calls with potential clients/customers.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with both new and existing clients and customers.
  • Negotiate and prepare sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines using company-approved templates.
  • Monitor contract progress for any successful IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing deals, and provide the best advice or solution in some urgent/unexpected cases.
  • Assist with other tasks as required to support the overall recruitment and business development goals.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales /Account Manager / Executive.
  • Must have experience in the IT Staffing / IT Outsourcing services.
  • English communication skills: intermediate level required.
  • Strong knowledge of business development and sales growth techniques.
  • Knowing the IT industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Good negotiation, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed salary (depending on the skills and experience) + Quarterly commissions
  • SHUI contributions are based on the full gross salary

  • Mode of work: Hybrid (80% remote working, need to go the office when requested)
  • Working time: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday
