Senior Oversea Payment BD Manager (with a focus on overseas payments, acquiring, card issuance, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop customer retention, renewal, and upsell/cross-sell plans aligned with company strategy and business development goals. Effectively break down plans into actionable steps, execute them within set timelines to achieve expected results, and support the company's overall business development roadmap.
- Gain a deep understanding of the pain points of industries such as import/export e-commerce, B2B foreign trade, pan-entertainment (gaming, live streaming, social tools), travel, overseas education, and international logistics in areas like cross-border payments, foreign exchange settlement, acquiring, and card issuance. Ability to provide customers with tailored one-stop payment solutions based on company products, enhancing customer experience and strengthening loyalty.
- Manage industry-specific accounts, ensure their continuous and stable transaction activity, identify customer needs, expand service offerings, create long-term value for clients, and increase payment transaction volume and revenue on the platform.
- Maintain sensitivity to and track relevant industry trends and information. Provide timely feedback and suggestions to promote sustainable business development.
- Identify emerging market opportunities (e.g., Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa), drive the implementation of localized sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk control, and operations teams to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Background in banking/cross-border payment/foreign exchange/cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and a sense of ownership for outcomes.
- Proven track record in key account or channel sales, excellent planning and customer communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with clients.

2、深入理解進出口電商、B2B外貿、泛娛樂客戶(遊戲,直播社交工具等)、航旅、留學教育、國際物流等行業企業在跨境收付款,結匯、收單、發卡等領域的痛點,能夠根據公司產品給客戶提供一站式支付服務,提升客戶體驗,增強客戶粘性
3、承接行業客戶,幫助客戶持續穩定交易,並發掘客戶需求,拓展服務種類,為客戶創造長期價值,並提升平台上的支付交易量和營收
4、保持對行業相關領域內各類信息的敏感和追蹤,及時反饋並建議,推動業務可持續發展
5、識別新興市場機會(如東南亞、拉美、非洲),推動本地化銷售策略落地,並跨部門協同產品、風控、運營團隊,優化客戶體驗
素質要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,5年以上相關工作經驗,有銀行/跨境支付/外匯/跨境電商背景優先
2、有極強的自我驅動力,以結果為導向,對結果負責
3、具備大客戶或渠道銷售成功案例、優秀的策劃與客戶溝通能力,能夠與客戶建立良好的合作關係
