Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanoi for a Senior Business Development Manager (Strategic Partnerships).

The role is responsible for driving strategic growth by acquiring and leading high-value partnerships with banks and large enterprises. The Senior BD will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and structuring complex, high-impact commercial models aligned with client ecosystems.

Beyond deal-making, this role plays a critical part in shaping partnership strategy, co-developing solutions with internal teams, and contributing to the expansion of LINKCARE's premium partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition of strategic clients (banks, financial institutions, large enterprises)

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers

• Structure and negotiate complex partnership models and commercial terms

• Co-develop tailored solutions aligned with client ecosystem and customer segments

• Drive end-to-end deal execution from opportunity identification to closing

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and scalability

• Contribute to market expansion strategy and partner ecosystem development

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales

• Proven track record in closing high-value, complex deals

• Strong network within banking, financial services, or corporate sectors

• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Experience in premium services, customer experience, or loyalty solutions is a strong advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
