Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

SSAB Special Steels is looking for a motivated, performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team in Vietnam. We are committed to safety and adding value, and are looking for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, developing business and networking with customers.

Sales activities including customer visits, products promotion, price offering and to maintain customer relationship within the assigned area. Maintain the existing customer base, create new market, increase sales volume of strategic products, build brand program members. Manage stock, overdue, and customer contracts. Focusing on the end users and OEMs market, input information and sales activities into the CRM system to gather customer data for the organization. Expand segment growth with new projects and upgrading applications with TDM.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible to cover and generate sales results for SSAB Special Steel's products in Vietnam.
  • Provide superior customer experience to existing customers, qualifying new leads, follow up on prospects and developing new customers in accordance with the company's vision.
  • Working closely with technical department & marketing department to deliver sustainable solutions to the market.
  • Secure yearly sales targets with existing and potential customers in the country.
  • Develop the special steel business with entering new and old segments.

About You

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of steel materials.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, while consistently upholding a positive attitude and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
