FinT Vietnam is the first global office of FinT, Inc. from Japan. We provide top-notch social media marketing & influencer marketing services to Japanese and local businesses in Vietnam. Senior Business Development (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development professional to join our ambitious team. This crucial role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new strategic partnerships, specifically targeting Japanese and Global brands looking to invest heavily in Vietnam's digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, particularly in social media and influencer activation, and has a proven track record of closing high-value deals within the agency environment.

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting efforts to secure new clients in social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns, targeting Japanese and Global brands in Vietnam.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across target organizations. Expertly pitch tailored, data-backed digital solutions and negotiate high-value contracts to consistently exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct continuous, in-depth market analysis on emerging trends in TikTok, YouTube, and Meta advertising platforms, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor strategies; proactively develop and refine innovative go-to-market strategies aligned precisely with FinT's core expertise and service offerings.
  • Collaborate strategically with creative, content, and operations teams from the initial scoping phase to design comprehensive 360-degree digital campaigns, ensuring flawless and high-quality execution from the initial pitch to project delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Implement best-practice sales methodologies and actively manage the entire sales pipeline using advanced CRM tools. Rigorously track and analyze critical sales KPIs, including win rate, deal velocity, and average deal size, delivering insightful and accurate monthly performance and forecasting reports to leadership.
  • Represent FinT as a brand ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and networking functions, actively seeking to expand strategic partnerships and client bases, particularly within the high-growth F&B, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

2. Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a directly relevant equivalent field.
  • Required Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated business development or high-stakes sales experience specifically within digital marketing or advertising agencies, backed by proven, quantifiable achievements in client acquisition (e.g., demonstrating 20%+ Year-over-Year revenue growth contribution).
  • Strong, nuanced understanding of Vietnam's complex social media ecosystem, the mechanics of influencer marketing (KOL/KOC), and the operational specifics of major ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Meta Business Manager). Direct experience managing or acquiring Japanese or Global clients is considered a highly significant advantage.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication and complex negotiation in English and Vietnamese. 
  • Highly analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency in managing CRM software (or similar), executing robust sales forecasting, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Self-motivated, highly resilient, possessing a true hunter mentality, and the proven ability to not only thrive but excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-oriented sales environment.

  • Commuting Allowance (Effective June 01, 2026): A daily stipend to support travel to our new office, calculated based on your residence distance (per actual office attendance):
  • < 5km: 5,000 VND/day (Up to 110,000 VND/month)
  • 5km – 10km: 10,000 VND/day (Up to 220,000 VND/month)
  • > 10km: 15,000 VND/day (Up to 330,000 VND/month)

  • Events: Monthly team-building (dinners/lunches), birthday celebrations, and national holiday gifts.

4. Working Hours & Environment

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday.

Strategic Hybrid Model: 4 days of collaborative office presence and a fixed weekly WFH day every Wednesday to focus on complex planning and research.
