I. Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients/customers hiring Tech Talents, building and maintaining relationships with them, preparing contracts and negotiating with new or existing clients/customers to getting the IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing deals, also monitoring the contract progress to meet the common goals.
Job details:
- Identify and acquire new clients/customers hiring Tech Talents, such as Software Engineers, QA/QC, Business/Data Analyst, Product Owner, DevOps Engineer, and IT Management-level professionals.
- Focus on IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services, mainly targeting the Vietnam market (90%) and the APAC regions.
- Proactively conduct meetings, messaging, or conduct sales calls with potential clients/customers.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with both new and existing clients and customers.
- Negotiate and prepare sales contracts to ensure they meet legal, corporate guidelines using company-approved templates.
- Monitor contract progress for any successful IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing deals, and provide the best advice or solution in some urgent/unexpected cases.
- Assist with other tasks as required to support the overall recruitment and business development goals.
II. Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of equivalent experience as a role, such as: Business Development, Sales, Account Manager, or Account Executive.
- Must have experience in the IT Staffing/IT Outsourcing services.
- English communication skills: intermediate level required.
- Strong knowledge of business development and sales growth techniques.
- Having knowledge of the IT industry.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Good negotiation, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
