Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead business workshops with stakeholders across multiple departments to capture requirements.
- Analyze business processes for ERP implementation projects and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current operations and system capabilities.
- Gather, validate, and document functional requirements into detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Define project scope and implementation phases using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Work closely with the Solution Architect (SA) to ensure the SRS is accurately translated into technical scope.
Deliverables
- Business process documentation (AS-IS & TO-BE)
- Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
- User flows and process mapping diagrams
- Feature prioritization for implementation phases
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or large-scale enterprise software projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify gaps.
- Solid documentation skills, particularly in writing clear and structured SRS.
- Good understanding of scope management and project structuring.
- Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Willingness and availability to work onsite in Singapore during the Discovery Phase.
