Job Description
- Lead and manage the Business Analyst team, allocate resources across projects, monitor progress, and ensure the quality of deliverables for healthcare software products.
- Work closely with clients and hospital stakeholders to gather business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Analyze and design business processes and system functionalities for healthcare platforms such as:
- Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Radiology Information System / PACS (RIS/PACS)
- CRM and patient care systems
- Design product prototypes/mockups to support development and facilitate communication with clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Deployment teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Research technology trends and HealthTech products to propose improvements and new features for company solutions.
- Participate in product strategy development and define the direction for healthcare technology platforms.
- Support training, user guidance, and solution handover to clients.
What are we looking for
- Experience
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a BA team.
- Preference for candidates with experience in digital transformation projects in healthcare or the public sector.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong business analysis and process modeling skills.
- Proficient in writing business documentation and system modeling.
- Ability to analyze and design complex business processes in large-scale systems.
- Good understanding of healthcare software systems, including:
- Hospital management systems
- Pharmacy and billing systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong system thinking, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
- Proactive in planning, organizing, and managing work to ensure project timelines.
