Job Responsibilities
Scope 1: Analyze business needs
Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements services from relevant parties.
Build requirement documents (Business requirements document, Functional requirements document, Technical specification document) and model business processes (Use Case, Flowchart, Symbols and modeling business processes).
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Perform business testing (UAT) and support users during implementation.
Manage and track requirements changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to process improvement and propose optimal solutions for the system.
Scope 2: Manage system development timeline of projects
Develop and maintain a project management method that includes document templates, identify project phases, report the status of each phase to ensure project success
Responsible for implementing project objectives to ensure correct documents & Related technical specifications for assigned projects
Monitor project progress throughout solving problems, reporting progress quickly, providing the most effective tasks or problem solving to ensure project progress.

Qualifications
Graduated from a university majoring in Information Technology or equivalent equivalent
2-3 years of experience in a BA position or equivalent.
Knowledge and skill / Knowledge and skills
Skills for analyzing user needs and technical analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable effective communication of complex technical issues to non-technical users at all levels of the Organization.
Ability to communicate well in English
Experience using SQL, MS Office, Jira & Confluence, Visio, Draw.io
Ability to manage relationships at many different levels within the organization
Ability to influence and resolve conflicts promptly and transparently
Ability to manage changes according to business requirements, changing business priorities or personnel changes
Ability to assess and manage risks at a project level
Ability to work on time and under pressure force
Ability to manage on a daily basis
Experience in insurance, finance, IFRS17 preferred.
Knowledge of Core Insurance systems preferred.
