Job Purpose

This role is:

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are analyzed, clarified, and translated into appropriate solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Scope 1: Analyze business needs

  • Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.

Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements services from relevant parties.

  • Prepare requirement documents (Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Technical Specification Document (TSD)) and model business processes (Use Case, Flowchart, Process Model and Notation).

Build requirement documents (Business requirements document, Functional requirements document, Technical specification document) and model business processes (Use Case, Flowchart, Symbols and modeling business processes).

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-users during implementation.

  • Manage and track requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope 2: Manage system development timeline of projects

  • To develop and maintain the project management methodology including document templates, identification project phases, reporting for successful project delivery.

  • To be responsible for the delivery of projects goals and objectives as outlined in the relevant specifications for assigned projects.

Responsible for implementing project objectives to ensure correct documents & Related technical specifications for assigned projects

  • To monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports recommending actions.

Monitor project progress throughout solving problems, reporting progress quickly, providing the most effective tasks or problem solving to ensure project progress.

Job Accountability /

This role is to:

  • Be accountable for the requirement clarifications with business user.
  • Be accountable for translation into IT specification from business requirements.
  • Be accountable for conducted coordination between business and IT side for any misunderstanding and agreed on solution to move forward.
  • Be accountable for conducted UAT plan and UAT test cases.
  • Be accountable for engagement with any new initiatives from business.
  • Be accountable for finalize the functional condition to close project with business.
  • Be accountable for implementation plan both in-house development and outsourcing development
  • Be accountable for support both system and business training
  • Assist the IT Solution Head by taking responsibility for the implementation of strategic solutions
  • Maintain oversight of all IT strategic projects being managed across the organization.
  • Work closely with Project Sponsors to define Project objectives, scope, key deliverables, budget, and implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with project leads to deliver initiatives within the agreed scope and timescale to achieve objectives efficiently.

This position helps:

  • Collect needs from users, understand user needs and changes in systems
  • Analyze requirements and develop system function analysis data
  • Transmit needs from users to all relevant members in the project To ensure agreement on needs with the best solution
  • Participate in checking and comparing needs with reality, ensuring the software meets usage requirements
  • Participate in research, consulting users, develop and provide solutions through the prescribed process
  • Plan implementation, work with internal software development team & software service providers
  • Participate in providing system guidance to users
  • Support the Head of IT Solutions by being responsible for implementing strategic solutions
  • Maintain oversight of all IT strategic projects being managed across the organization, take initiatives within the project's time limit to effectively manage the project
  • Coordinate closely with Sponsors project to determine the goals, scope, results that will be implemented, manage budget and project implementation plan.

Job Requirements / Requirements

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in a Computing discipline or equivalent

Graduated from a university majoring in Information Technology or equivalent equivalent

  • 2-3 years of experience as a BA or similar role.

2-3 years of experience in a BA position or equivalent.

  • Strong business analysis skills and business process engineering skills

Skills for analyzing user needs and technical analysis

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication of complex technical issues to non - technical users at all levels of the Organization.

  • Excellent English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)

Ability to communicate well in English

  • Good working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office, Jira & Confluence, Visio, Draw.io
