Job Description:
- Lead the BI function supporting the Marketing Content Department (Livestream and Video)
- Own endtoend financial projections from toplines to P&L, ensure alignment with platform and content strategy actively monitor content business performance and update relevant stakeholders to ensure OKR achievement
- Define, track, and communicate performance metrics (Content toplines, P&L, Supply ecosystem) through standardised management reports to enable content business owners to make informed decisions that drive overall business growth and efficiency
- Analyze complex and ambiguous user behaviour, platform algorithms and product feature A/B Testing to build sharp understandings about the content ecosystem to strengthen and scale the business
- Lead/ Oversee the Content BI team in managing daily data operations, dashboards, and analytical requests
- Expand analytical support to additional platform initiatives as needed to contribute to sustainable platform growth.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impacts
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital user growth or marketing
- Strong analytical thinking, problems solving, able to break complex and ambiguous problems into small and addressable pieces
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level
- Can-do attitude, Details-oriented, able to work effectively under high pressure and tight timeline
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt with high velocity of change
Hard-skills for Data Analytics:
- Strong experience in SQL
- Good knowledge in statistics
- Familiar with Python is a plus
