We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strongPresales and Solution Consulting capabilities to bridge business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand business challenges, shape solution proposals, facilitate requirement discovery, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
As part of our AI-driven transformation, you are expected to leverage emerging AI technologies to improve business analysis, accelerate solution design, and deliver greater value to clients.
I. Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and solution validation.
Presales & Solution Consulting
- Work closely with the Sales and Presales teams to understand client needs and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, solution presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to define solution scope, high-level architecture, and implementation approach.
- Prepare functional solution overviews, effort assumptions, and project scope during the presales phase.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-value discussions when required.
Project Delivery
- Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
AI Adoption
- Leverage Generative AI tools to improve business analysis, documentation, requirement management, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities where AI technologies can create business value and enhance client solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to business and technology solutions.
II. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 06 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects; experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Project Management is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, business analysis best practices, and experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, databases, SQL, cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, presentation, negotiation, consulting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration and business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, Visio, or similar. Experience preparing solution proposals, SOWs, solution presentations, or supporting RFI/RFP responses is an advantage.
- Practical experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to improve business analysis, documentation, productivity, and solution design. Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or RAG
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus.
