About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our international team and contribute to the development of the Akkuro Mortgage platform (https://akkuro.com). In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in both Vietnam and the Netherlands, working in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Vietnam and the Netherlands to ensure alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across cultures.
- Leverage knowledge of finance including banking systems, to support product development with relevant insights and industry context.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes including daily stand-ups, refinement, and planning sessions.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in business processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage product release cycles to ensure timely and smooth delivery of product increments, in close collaboration with development and QA teams.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to support Agile workflows, enhance transparency, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Translate input and requirements from Dutch product experts into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of the international financial markets; FinTech experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Hands-on experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile is preferred; Scrum certification is a strong plus.
